About The Founder Of Au Pair World Agency

Originally from Eastern Europe she speaks six European languages and is a qualified lawyer. She arrived in the UK, as an Au pair, over 9 years ago and then enrolled herself at a prestigious University to study Law.  On qualifying as a lawyer she embarked upon a lucrative legal career in the city of London.
She later met and married an English UK based Solicitor. She now lives in Oxford with her husband and they have a beautiful daughter.

 

The origins of Au pair world Agency

While pursuing a hectic career in the city of London and trying to hold down a family at the same time, she discovered firsthand the difficulties that families faced when trying to find suitable child carers.  The Au pair industry is an unregulated industry and is  pretty much a hit and miss affair. Families and carers were often linked together by unscrupulous agencies when the two parties are obviously wholly unsuitable to each other. Very little vetting or compatibility tests seem to be conducted prior to the referrals. Consequently the whole experience is often a nightmare for both the families and the au pairs/nannies. The Founder had a vision that the whole approach to Au pairing could be changed. She has become a fervent advocate for the industry to be regulated and has written numerous papers on this.
She leads by example and has implemented her extensive recommendation for industry changes to her company.
